During lower census situations, may crossover to hospital physical therapy service lines. What you will need : Education : The completion of a degree in Physical Therapy from an A.P.T.A. accredited school, or the equivalent required. License : Current Illinois licensure or eligibility r equired. Certification : CPR - American Heart Association BLS required.
