Overview Creative Ads Marketing Manager, Creator Ad Partnerships. We\'re looking to elevate our visual storytelling through compelling presentations that bring our advertising strategy and ad solutions to life. In this role, you\'ll shape how we communicate complex ideas through sophisticated design, owning high-impact presentations for executive communications, show launches, sales pitches and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities Lead creative direction for all major ad presentation initiatives

Develop scalable design systems and templates

Establish quality standards and review processes

Design sales presentations for show launches, sales pitches, internal and external executive presentations

Develop go-to-market materials (decks, one-sheets, etc.) for Wondery\u2019s portfolio of shows, and customize these materials to assist with RFPs for branded content

Utilize data and insights to create compelling visual representations and narratives

Create innovative storytelling approaches using motion and interactive elements

Build and maintain a library of presentation assets

Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

Partner with cross-functional teams to transform complex information into clear visual narratives

Develop clear processes for intake, review, and iteration cycles

Drive end-to-end presentation development process from brief to delivery

Build and maintain project schedules with clear milestones and dependencies

Lead stakeholder reviews and feedback sessions

We deliver premium, digital-first experiences through multi-platform advertising solutions collaborating with today\u2019s most influential voices across sports, entertainment, and culture. Our creator portfolio includes New Heights with Jason & Travis Kelce, Mind the Game with LeBron James and Steve Nash, Baby, This is Keke Palmer, We Playin\u2019 Spades and Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard, The Zach Sang Show and How I Built This with Guy Raz. Our Amazon Music Livestream offering provides a complete entertainment destination from global premiere festivals like Outside Lands and Primavera Sound to intimate city sessions that extend our reach from screens to stages worldwide. Through these premium entertainment experiences, we transform advertising into cultural moments that rival traditional media. Our unique position enables authentic brand integrations that enhance the customer experience while delivering measurable results across the entire marketing funnel.

Basic Qualifications 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives

Experience with consumer brands and experience design, and a passion for storytelling

Experience with presentation design and / or Keynote, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications Experience with motion design

Experience with Figma and modern design tools

Background in brand design or visual communications

Event production experience

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
