As a Security Professional - Financial Lobby Desk in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping to create a secure and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing outstanding customer service while remaining attentive to security-related matters. Position Type : Full Time

Pay Rate : $19.75 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Tue-Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and / or clients in a professional manner at the front desk within a financial institution location.
  • Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as required by site-specific policies.
  • Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific protocols to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary according to established procedures.
  • Provide customer service by answering inquiries, offering directions, and / or assisting with general information requests.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, following Allied Universal and client protocols for financial institution environments.
  • Complete required documentation, including incident and / or activity reports, in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
