Pawnee Mental Health is a mission-driven non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving 10 counties across North-Central Kansas. What We Offer - Compensation and Benefits

Up to $12,000 in bonus pay annually by meeting client care expectations and leading therapy groups

Total compensation package exceeds $100,000 including salary, bonus potential, and benefits :

The Role You Play as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

This outpatient therapist position focused on delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health therapy. You’ll serve clients in an outpatient setting while contributing to a collaborative, person-centered treatment environment. Your work is essential in helping individuals, families, and groups overcome challenges and achieve emotional well-being.
