Shipping & Documentation Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills. We prefer experience in shipping coordination, logistics management, or supply chain operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in documentation management, inventory tracking systems, and compliance with FDA or ISO quality standards, while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines. Strong communication abilities are essential, as you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and regulatory compliance. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location five days a week.
