General Dentist

Location : Yakima Practice

Position Type : Full Time or Part Time Regular

Schedule : Flexible Schedule offered up to 40 hours per week

Expected Hiring Range : $195,000 - $210,000 annually

A very competitive total compensation package with up to 50k in signing and retention bonuses.

Position Summary

The General Dentist supports Willamette Dental's evidence-based treatment philosophy, mission, vision and core values by performing the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state.

Education and Experience

Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), and / or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). Successful completion of a traditional pre doctoral dentistry program and valid licensure in the specific state(s) where practicing.

Licenses, Certifications and Registrations

• Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).

Expected annual salary range for this position depending on experience :

$195,000-$210,000 USD

Compensation

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge / skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.

This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.

Physical Requirements

The work is primarily performed while sitting and / or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks.
