This is your chance to lead the charge as Branch Manager leading facilities services operations (custodial, facilities maintenance) to businesses located in the South Bay region of Northern California.

In this role, you'll wear many hats and be the mastermind behind :

• Growth : Grow the branch through collaborating with the sales and operations team to secure new customers and specialty work.
• Financial Acumen : Oversee financials, budgets, and profitability, ensuring the company's financial health.

• Customer Engagement : Establish and nurture a high-level of customer focused engagement and connections by delivering exceptional services and being the trusted advisor.

We are searching for a dynamic people leader with experience driving a large book of business in the janitorial or commercial property management industries.

Pay : $101,920 - $145,600

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

The Branch Manager is responsible for the growth, operational and financial success of their region. They will lead a diverse team, provide support, direction and coaching to site managers, engage in regular client interaction, develop internal and external relationships, deliver financial goals, manage, and forecast an accurate budget, manage vendors, interface with senior leadership and work to continuously develop operational team members.
