• Dates : ASAP-Ongoing
• Schedule : Accepting part-time (48 hours per pay period) and full-time (80 hours per pay period) candidates, 8 hour days
• 1 : 4 call (primarily critical lab calls)
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - Clinic / Office : 10-15
• New 19 chair infusion room
• Certifications : Truly BE or BE, OR license,BLS
• Needs ties to Oregon, and needs any state experience practicing RADONC
