Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client relationships with Pharmaceutical manufacturer customers
Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to support client business goals
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and manage implementation processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC)
Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition
Interest in healthcare technologies
Familiarity with CRM software and project management platforms
