What You Will Do

Under general supervision, The Field Project Manager serves as the on-site leader responsible for planning, executing, and completing security projects for assigned Core Commercial Business customers. You will oversee all phases of project delivery, including installation coordination, financial performance (cost control, billing, and collections), and customer satisfaction. Actively manage change orders and maintains consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. This role directs the work of subcontractors, technicians, designers, and administrators, ensuring compliance with all provincial, local, and federal regulations. Responsible for warranty execution and upholding the highest ethical standards. Ensures all Johnson Controls personnel and subcontractors adhere to safety protocols. This position specifically manages the "quick-turn" business segment by leading a small team of technicians and strategically engaging security subcontractors as needed.

Hiring Salary Range : $64,000-71,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
