As a Paid Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channelsthink Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and emerging ad platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Data Analysis, and Client Strategy, to ensure every campaign aligns with client objectives while driving measurable performance.

Your mission will be to analyze, optimize, and scale ad accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $100k$1M. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize and scale paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Monitor campaign KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

Allocate and manage ad spend across channels to achieve client objectives and ROI targets.

Generate regular campaign performance reports.

Coordinate with Design, Copywriting, and Retention teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints.
