IT Administrative Support
Provides primary support to the department's Executive Leader(s) as directed. Including, but not limited to :
- Manages executive-level calendars and coordinates meetings.
- Carries out special administrative or office operations projects.
- Serves on interdepartmental teams for process improvement or other tasks.
- Answers phone calls, responds to general phone calls, emails, or written inquiries.
- Maintains department records and files.
- Takes and distributes notes and minutes at staff and other meetings.
- Handles Tier 1 information technology (IT) support tickets.
Provides a range of advanced administrative and support services to the department. Including, but not limited to :
Welcomes and directs visitors.Maintains designated calendars for conference rooms and makes sure all conference room equipment is operational and rooms remain tidy.Retrieves, sorts, and distributes mail.Prepares, reviews, distributes, and / or files routine correspondence, memoranda, letters, and reports.Works under general supervision. May work independently or with other workers. Responsible for completing assigned tasks on time.REQUIRED : At least two years' experience DIRECTLY SUPPORTING AN EXECUTIVE , including managing scheduling, travel arrangements, and performing other administrative tasks. Must be punctual as this is a highly relied upon position.On-site ONLY Monday-Friday from 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM with a 1 / 2 hour unpaid lunch break.
