This high-risk population is typically underserved and challenged with access to care which we provide. To address these problems, we have elected to bring the care to the patient, instead of trying to bring the patient to the care. WellBe's clinician-led geriatric care teams provide concierge-level medical care and social support in the home as well as delivering and coordinating across the entire care continuum from chronic care and urgent care in the home to hospital to skilled nursing facility to assisted living to palliative care, to end-of-life care.

Job Description

The Provider Relations Representative role is an exciting and highly visible internal and external position responsible for collaborating with the Manager of Network Development and National Director of Network Management in developing, implementing, and maintaining WellBe's strategic provider relationships. The Provider Relations Representative will assist in supporting all activities to develop this new and innovative network of providers. The Provider Relations Representative plays a critical role in :

• Aligning, implementing, and executing on WellBe's strategic provider partnership strategy to drive provider and patient engagement
• Building, developing, and maintaining key business relationships with assigned providers
• Educating and persuading assigned providers to partner with WellBe
• Acting as the dedicated liaison and escalation resource between WellBe and assigned providers
• Advocating and implementing continuous improvement and simplification initiatives for provider partnership strategy in order to improve the overall provider and member experience
• Contributing to a high performing Network Development team by surpassing goals, fostering relationships, and driving provider engagement for the organization
• Completing other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements / Relevant Experience :

Supervisory Responsibility : No supervisory responsibilities.

Travel requirements : Travel may be required up to 90% locally

Work Conditions : Ability to lift up to 20lbs. Moving lifting or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to 50lbs as well as assist with weights of more than 50lbs.
