Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in Pittsboro, IN is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Technician to foster customer relationships, diagnose a wide range of issues, and complete top-notch repairs on all kinds of heating and cooling equipment.

If you can handle that, you'll earn $30.00 - $40.00 / hour (based on experience) and be eligible for commission from sales and upsells. You'll work a standard 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule with some on-call required. Overtime is also available!

What You'll Need :

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC repair and maintenance experience
  • EPA certification

NATE certification would be a plus!

In This Role, You'll :

  • Visit customers' homes, show up on time, and provide professional customer service
  • Inspect heating and cooling systems and accurately diagnose any issues
  • Explain problems to the customer and provide service options and timelines
  • Complete exceptional repairs and maintenance services for heating and air conditioning equipment
