POSITION TITLE : Production Worker

DIVISION : Industries

SUPERVISOR : Industry Production Manager

CLASSIFICATION : Non-Exempt

PURPOSE :

To ensure the efficient and accurate movement and handling of materials within the facility, supporting smooth production operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

• Completes work orders, records, marks, packs, weighs, ships or stores product.
• Adheres to established production schedules.
• Follow guidelines as established by customer for quality control of items being manufactured and assembled.
• Report work-concurrent accidents, illness, and / or injuries are handled in appropriate manner and proper documentation is completed as required by DSI.
• Ability to work with varied population.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the production team.
