Design & Construction Project Lead

We're looking for a meticulous, hands-on Design & Construction Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll balance design, construction, and operational duties across 510 active projects at any given time. You'll be managing the process from first client contact through final settlement, working closely with builders, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

Location : Malvern, PA 19355

Full-time, 100% on-site role (70% in studio, 30% on vendor and client site)
