General Manager
The General Manager provides leadership and direction to the Theater Crew operations to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and contributing to enhancing the overall Emagine guest experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities :
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university, preferably a degree in Hospitality Management OR equivalent experience. Five years of management experience in a theater, bar, restaurant, or retail environment required.
Computer Skills :
Strong Microsoft Office Skills

Compensation : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
