job_description.job_card.job_descriptionServe as the primary point of contact for intaking, triaging, and responding to medical information inquiries received via phone, email, or portal.Process and monitor adverse events and product quality complaints in accordance with all SOPs.Manage the adverse event reconciliation process with Pharmacovigilance and handle all tracking for the Sunshine Act.Ensure all interactions and activities adhere strictly to corporate, governmental, and industry compliance guidelines.Assist with departmental projects, such as medical information database implementation, as needed.Bachelors Degree in a scientific field or equivalent working experience.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Medical Information department within the pharmaceutical industry or a medical information contact center.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
