HVAC Project Manager

A well-established and growing contractor is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to lead projects and drive results. With a strong reputation for excellence in higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects, this company offers stability, competitive compensation, and an outstanding workplace culture.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of HVAC project management experience in large commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
  • Hospitality, Commercial Office building, Education, Government, HI Rise Residential, Healthcare, Institutional.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
