Qualifications
MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist) — ISUDTTwelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institution. Clinical competencies must be currentValid Photo ID Driver's License or Passport (Required)Valid MFT license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science (Required)Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart AssociationBenefits

Conduct assessments, and provide clinical treatment interventions such as brief counseling, group therapy, and individual counselingRegistry Services Specific to Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT)Consult and collaborate with other disciplines for the care and treatment of patients and participate in interdisciplinary care planning and coordinationPerform assessments that assist with and facilitate transitional care planning and coordination linking patients with community resources and services as they are releasedConduct assessments to determine appropriate level of intervention, education, and counseling services within the context of marriage, couples and family systems as well as individual biopsychosocial dimensions with specific solution-focused, attainable therapeutic goalsDevelop and / or contribute to treatment and care plansMake recommendations to care teams, effectively communicate, and collaborate with the patient and all disciplines involved in the care of the patientsDocument and evaluate patients' progress with programming and facilitate discharges and transfers in coordination with other treatment and rehabilitative programsAttend all case conferences, trainings, meetings and committees as directed, and perform other duties as requiredHow to Apply
