Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for triaging calls, answering phones, handling prior authorizations, and assisting with stocking rooms. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Triaging calls and providing appropriate guidance
• Answering phones and addressing patient inquiries
• Managing prior authorizations for medical procedures
• Assisting with stocking rooms and ensuring they are well-equipped
• Maintaining accurate medical records

Work Environment

This role is based in a busy short-term care facility that serves 20-30 patients. You will work alongside other nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff. The schedule includes two shifts : Day Shift (7am-3pm) with every other weekend off and a $1 / hr shift differential, and Second Shift (3pm-11pm) with every other weekend off and a $3 / hr shift differential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00
