Overview
A fast-growing FAA Part 145 Repair Station and MRO provider is seeking an experienced Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) . This role is ideal for an A&P licensed professional with substantial experience on Raytheon and Cessna Citation product lines , along with other business jet and turboprop platforms.
You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, safety, and performance across multiple aircraft types while mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused culture.
Mission
The Senior AMT will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and documenting maintenance and alterations in accordance with 14 CFR regulations , manufacturer guidance, and internal Quality Control Manual standards.
Aircraft experience includes but is not limited to :
- Hawker Beechcraft 400A / XP; 800XP
- King Air Series
- Cessna Citations
- Embraer Phenom 300
Responsibilities
Perform Aircraft Maintenance : Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbine and turboprop aircraft.Troubleshoot Systems : Diagnose and resolve discrepancies across mechanical and avionics systems.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and Repair Station standards.Digital Tools : Manage work orders and maintenance records in digital tracking platforms (e.g., Traxxall, EBis).Documentation : Maintain precise and compliant maintenance records.Collaboration : Coordinate with team members to ensure aircraft readiness and efficient turnaround.Service Excellence : Deliver top-tier service while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and compliance.Qualifications
Education & Licenses :High school diploma or equivalentValid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) licenseInspection Authorization (IA) preferred but not requiredFactory training on Raytheon and Cessna Citation aircraft preferredExperience :8+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including significant hands-on work with Raytheon and Citation modelsStrong working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 145 regulationsTechnical & Interpersonal Skills :Proficiency with digital maintenance tracking platformsClear communication and team collaboration skillsStrong decision-making, accountability, and follow-through abilitiesCommitment to safety, mentoring, and fostering a professional hangar cultureCompensation & Benefits
