Job Title : Automotive Sales Consultant

Location : Bremen, GA (In-Person)

Pay Range : $85,000 – $145,000+ annually (base + commission)

Business is booming at Pugmire Ford of Bremen , and we're looking for driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. If you have previous sales experience and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do :

Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and present vehicle options

Become a knowledgeable expert on our full lineup of new and pre-owned vehicles

Conduct test drives to highlight key features and value

Present financing and leasing options in a clear, professional manner

Follow up with online and showroom customers to set appointments and close deals

Maintain communication with past customers to generate future business

What We're Looking For :

MUST HAVE prior sales experience (automotive or similar industries)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Drive to exceed goals and earn unlimited income

Confidence in asking for the sale and closing deals

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and email

Excellent appearance, presentation, and written / verbal skills

Saturday availability (we are closed Sundays!)

Valid U.S. driver's license
