Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Watertown, New York . This is a fantastic chance to join a collaborative and patient-centered care team, providing speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapies to a diverse patient population offering $76,000 to $125,500 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will :

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehab teams
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in EMR
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and families on home programs and progress
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and standards
  • Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license in the state of New York (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • Clinical experience in acute, outpatient, skilled nursing, or school settings a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • 1 years experience.
