Superstar Sales Representative Needed! ($80,000-$175,000 / year)

We are a family owned business called California Deluxe Windows, which you can look up online or google if you are interested in what kind of services we provide. We mainly design, manufacture and install custom made vinyl windows and doors all across California. We are now in need of a group of sales reps who are interested in learning a very powerful skill in face to face sales. We are looking for individuals who would call themselves a "go-getter" and if you have not had previous experience in home improvement sales, EVEN BETTER! We are trying to create a sales rep from scratch who is able to become a consistent "closer" and become a more persuasive and influential person in their professional career.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate our product to potential customers
• Help facilitate the purchase of a home improvement contract after meeting a customer.
• Provide an exceptional experience for our customers each and every time they interact with you.
• Learn EVERY SINGLE DAY

What we will provide :

Compensation :

Average salesperson makes $80,000-$175,000 / year.

Commission of 10% of all sales + $500 / week draw. (Average Sale is $11,000)
