As a Security Officer- Dispatch Tech / Media in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a leading Tech, Media, and Telecom location, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations and communications. You will be responsible for monitoring alarm panels, managing access control systems, and coordinating responses to incidents, helping to deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment. Your ability to provide clear communication and exceptional customer service will be vital as you interact with staff, visitors, and emergency responders. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
