Job Description :

Exciting Opportunity at MSK :   Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in our Urology nursing department. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase detailed, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a significant impact in our New York City location.

Role Overview :

• Work within Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model caring for Urology Surgical Oncology patients.
• Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with management of a caseload of Genitourinary patients.
• Perform patient assessment, symptom management, and telephone triage and offer patient / family education.
• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
• Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Join in an individualized training / orientation program geared to providing nursing care in ambulatory setting.
