About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Construction Project Manager to join our Store Construction team. This individual is responsible for managing multiple retail construction and improvement projects from concept to project closeout. As an Owner Representative, this position has cost, schedule and quality control responsibilities that must be met. Position requires accountability to on budget project delivery, detailed schedule management, document administration, forecasting & risk analysis, and management of multiple internal and professional service providers.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

• Prepare state, federal and Canadian tax adjustment calculations with support
• Create construction project estimates from feasibility plans and site evaluation
• Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors
• Develop construction project with internal partners, architect, engineers, and trade workers
• Coordination with construction procurement to order and manage owner provided materials and equipment
• Provide internal reporting and projections for timely budget and schedule forecasting
• Oversee and supervise construction project and provide reports on timeline, construction progress, and potential concerns
• Provide timely insight and solutions into potential cost, schedule or scope impacts
• Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
• Ensure that projects are completed and closed out on time and within budget
