What you’ll do

• Lead the design and documentation of healthcare projects from concept through construction administration whilst coordinating the work of a multidisciplined team throughout each step of the project.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure functionality, code compliance, and exceptional design quality.
• Navigate healthcare-specific codes with confidence.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Mentor junior team members and help shape the future of our healthcare practice.

The rate for this position generally ranges between $80,000- 120,000 annually.
