We're partnering with a well-established company backed by more than 50 years of success - and they're adding a dedicated Full-Charge Bookkeeper to support their expanding financial operations.

What You'll Do :

As the Bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day financial functions that support the company's growth and stability.

Record and process transactions and payroll

Generate invoices and manage payment processing

Reconcile accounts and prepare routine financial reports

Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online

Assist with general accounting tasks as needed

What We're Looking For :

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ERP systems - including navigation, customization, and reporting

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Strong data entry and account reconciliation skills

Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
