Ideal candidate will provide majority hospital pharmacist staffing and will also be able to cover some retail days.

Coverage Monday through Thursday 7a-530p.

At least 1 weekend per month.

1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions

2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE

3) RTO : No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
