Document Control Clerk / Filing Specialist

We are hiring a Document Control Clerk / Filing Specialist for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ .

Job Description :

• General administrative / processing forms / data entry
• Familiar with PC's & laptops.
• Data entry into Oracle database Commercial Recording and Tax Registration. Microsoft Office- Outlook 2016 (would need email address setup)
• Equipment needed, PC &laptop. Programs needed Oracle Commercial Recording, Tax Reg, VPN, Outlook (would need email address setup)
