MercyOne Northeast Iowa invites a BC / BE Family Medicine physician to join our dynamic team at the Bluebell Road Health Plaza . This is an excellent Outpatient opportunity to practice in a modern, multi-specialty clinic with a strong reputation for quality care and innovation.

  • Outpatient-only, full-spectrum family medicine
  • Call : 1 : 8 - phone only, with nurse triage, no hospital call
  • Flexible scheduling options for work-life balance
  • Single practice location, Mon.-Fri. 8 : 30 am - 5 pm

Compensation & Benefits

  • 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year plus production incentives & longevity bonuses
  • $150,000 Bonus Package
