Responsibilities

Build full-stack features that match millions of candidates and recruiters with hiring teams
Develop tools and incentive structures that make the platform indispensable for recruiters
Experiment with growth strategies to unlock liquidity across new industries
Partner closely with designers and users to craft a seamless, premium experience
Contribute to product strategy and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment
Take ownership of critical systems and ship end-to-end features that drive growth

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in software development

Proven experience delivering full-stack applications from concept to launch

Background in early-stage startups or personal projects that show initiative and creativity

Deep attention to user experience and visual design details

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Passion for building tools that solve real-world problems

Interest in the future of AI and its impact on industries
