We are currently hiring skilled Mechanical Millwrights for ongoing industrial projects in Charlotte, NC . This role involves installing, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting heavy industrial machinery and mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities :
- Install and align pumps, motors, conveyors, and mechanical equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery
- Use precision tools to ensure proper alignment and fit
- Work safely in active plant and industrial environments
- Collaborate with crew members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
