Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Obtain the release of vehicles from various locations and assist with office support functions

Engage in professional communication through calls, chat, and email to resolve customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred

High School diploma

Proficient with office equipment and MS Suite

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
