Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Perform searches for qualified candidates using various recruiting resources
Screen applicants and inform them about employment possibilities and organizational opportunities
Required Qualifications
6+ years of talent acquisition experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles
Proficient in advanced sourcing strategies across various platforms
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Ability to deliver a target number of qualified candidates per month
