Office Services of Columbia, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role functions as a full-charge bookkeeper and requires strong accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets and income statements
- Handle sales tax reporting and compliance
- Oversee daily sales entries and inventory management
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights that guide decision-making
Preferred Experience :
Property management and / or restaurant industry accounting experience is a huge plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to work intuitively and independentlyProficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits :
