My client is a family-owned general contractor based in DC, specializing in commercial construction, renovations, historic restorations, and multifamily residential projects throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia. With over 25 years in business and a tight-knit team of around 75 employees, they've built a reputation for excellence and trust-every project is negotiated, never bid, thanks to longstanding relationships with repeat clients. Their portfolio includes large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments, structural repairs, luxury townhomes, office conversions, and retail buildouts-often in high-profile areas of Downtown DC. With multiple new projects launching in the $20M-$60M range, including multifamily new construction and office-to-residential conversions, now is a great time to join their growing team.
Job Description
Due to continued growth, my client is hiring Project Managers to join their close-knit, highly collaborative team. These individuals will play a vital role in delivering complex, high-value projects across the region. What You'll Work On
- Multifamily new construction projects in DC and Montgomery County
- Office-to-residential conversions and large-scale renovations
- Mixed-use developments with ground-floor retail
- Historic restorations and structural upgrades
