Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Hollister, California.

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Location : Hollister, CA

Contract Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : 12-Hour Night Shift | 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and newborn settings.
  • Monitor maternal and fetal conditions during labor using fetal heart monitoring equipment.
  • Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and related procedures.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Educate and support mothers and families throughout the birthing process and postpartum period.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and outcomes.

    • Requirements :

  • Active California RN License (Required)
  • Experience : 1–2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience, including Mother-Baby / Newborn care
  • Certifications :

    • BLS (Basic Life Support)

  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • STABLE Certification
  • Fetal Heart Monitoring Certificate
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Compassionate patient care approach with a commitment to excellence
