Our client, a forward-thinking financial institution with an employee-owned culture, is searching for a Retail Services Manager to join their leadership team.

This role is designed for a strategic, process-minded leader who excels in organizational leadership, operational efficiency, and cultural influence —without direct staff management. You’ll work side-by-side with Market Presidents to strengthen branch operations, standardize procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate customer service across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do :

Collaborate with branch leaders to reinforce service standards and customer experience consistency.

Standardize operational processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Partner cross-functionally with IT, Compliance, Marketing, and Deposit Ops to align branch execution.

Coach and support frontline staff in service conversations, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across branches.
