Pmo Customer Relationship Manager

Our team is looking for a PMO Customer Relationship Manager to join them. You will report to the Director, PMO and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.
To be considered for the PMO Customer Relationship Manager opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you :
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- 7+ years of Aerospace experience is preferred, otherwise exposure to other complex manufacturing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and empathize with customers.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
- While not primarily focused on sales, CSMs should have a good understanding of sales principles to identify expansion opportunities.
- Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and information.
As a PMO Customer Relationship Manager, you will :
Guide new customers through the initial stages of transition, create & issue Project Information Letters, and ensure a smooth and successful integration.Cultivate strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for customer escalations during early stages of transition.Focus on building customer loyalty and minimizing churn by ensuring customers are satisfied and experiencing value.Proactively identify potential issues and work to prevent them before they escalate, ensuring customer satisfaction.Lead dedicated Customer IPT Meetings (weekly) to ensure customer-related milestones are achieved in line with the transition Project Management Plan.Understand the assumed LTA Contracts and coordinate with Contracts team during novation processSupport PMO administrator CRM activities (CRM Projects, upload contracts, match accounts) as required.Gather feedback from customers and use it to improve the overall customer experience.Use Customer KPI scorecards to highlight where additional help / support is neededOur Benefits :

$110,000- $140,000 / year, based on experience
