Supervise day-to-day operations within the finance department. Prepare financial analyses to support contract negotiations and investment decisions. Collaborate with departmental managers and staff to create comprehensive business plans for the next five and ten years. Define and implement short and long-term goals, policies, and operational procedures for the department. Manage financial audits and provide recommendations for process enhancements. Deliver financial statement reporting and analysis, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, general ledger, and fixed assets. Direct month-end closures, financial reporting, and coordinate audits with external auditors. Possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting. Bring 3+ years of experience in managing direct reports. Hold 5-10 years of overall experience in both public and private sectors. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
