Field Sales Representative
Copay is currently looking to hire a Field Sales Representative based in Southern IL. This position falls within our Fleet line of business and reports directly to the Field Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net-new business by selling our industry-leading SaaS-based Fuel Management solution and competitive fuel card within your assigned territory.
As a Field Sales Representative, Copay will set you up for success by providing :

The responsibilities of the role will include :
Prospecting, cold-calling, and generating new business opportunities with middle-market commercial accountsLeading consultative sales conversations to uncover prospect goals, challenges, and needsPresenting and demonstrating solutions that align with customer needs and deliver clear valuePartnering with internal teams (pricing, legal, risk, etc.) to close deals and ensure smooth implementationManaging pipeline and forecasts accurately within SalesforceBuilding and maintaining a professional network to support consistent pipeline growthActively participating in sales planning, events, and campaignsMeeting and exceeding assigned sales / revenue targetsEngaging in ongoing professional development through coaching and feedbackMaintaining compliance with company processes, standards, and requirementsQualifications & Skills :
3+ years of documented B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goalsStrong prospecting and self-sourcing skills; ability to generate leads independentlyProficiency with research and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesPrior experience selling to or managing corporate clients preferredKnowledge of commercial payments, fuel, and / or automation a plusStrong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience using Salesforce and Microsoft Suite preferredBachelor's Degree preferredCompensation :

Pay Transparency :
Realistic year one on-target earnings are $180,000 - $200,000, though commissions are uncapped. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Copay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
