Performance Marketing Coordinator Job at AG Jeans in South Gate

AG Jeans is seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in supporting — and in some areas, owning — the execution, optimization, and analysis of campaigns across paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and retention channels (email and SMS).

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, this role is ideal for a digital marketer with a foundation in performance marketing who is ready to take on more ownership, expand into multi-channel strategy, and work hands-on with both acquisition and retention efforts to drive measurable growth for AGJeans.com.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our South Gate, CA corporate headquarters (not available for remote or hybrid work).

Key Responsibilities – Acquisition & Retention Marketing Support :

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Assist in developing media plans for paid search, paid social, and affiliate programs, contributing ideas on targeting, creative direction, and channel mix.
• Manage campaign setup, ad placement, QA, and launch for assigned initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate networks, and retention platforms.
• Coordinate with creative teams to ensure delivery of on-brand, platform-optimized assets for all campaigns.
• Maintain campaign timelines and asset trackers to ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
