General Description : Team members will be provided with an introductory orientation to the firm. This orientation includes administrative and professional matters. Each team member will be assigned a Career Advocate, who will assist the team member in building a set of personalized career goals. Other training will include extensive use of information technology, including use of the firm's accounting and tax networks.

Major Responsibilities :

• Understand general accounting and auditing procedures based on the level of service provided
• Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of tax engagements of various clients in accordance with RubinBrown Client Service Standards
• Identify and communicate accounting, auditing, and / or tax matters to other engagement team members
• Preparation of fieldwork, financial statements, and tax returns, as appropriate
• Identify performance improvement opportunities
• Direct communication with clients
• Participate in the budget process
• The team member will be assigned to work on a variety of clients in various industries
• All other duties, as assigned.
