Our law firm is seeking an experienced Social Security Attorney to join our team. This is a fully remote position with full benefits, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling Social Security cases and a strong track record of client advocacy. As a Social Security Attorney, you will manage your own caseload, draft motions and briefs, attend hearings (virtually), and provide clients with top-quality representation.

Qualifications :

• Licensed attorney in good standing (can be barred in any state).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a social security attorney.
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
