A company is looking for a Senior Principal Learning Design Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive learning experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts

Apply instructional design theories to create effective online learning experiences and assessments

Integrate adaptive learning methodologies and leverage AI to personalize learning experiences

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in an e-learning environment

Proven experience in Python coding, statistics, psychometrics, and adaptive learning

Portfolio demonstrating knowledge in course design and AI-enhanced learning strategies

Proficiency with instructional design software and experience with LMS and digital learning platforms

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Design or Educational Technology
