Responsibilities

  • Erstellung von modernen App- und Software-Designs für unsere Kunden
  • Entwicklung von Clickable Prototypes in Figma oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Gestaltung von ansprechenden Webseiten-Designs und Landing Pages
  • Erstellung von User Interfaces (UI) und User Experience (UX) Konzepten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Developern zur Umsetzung deiner Designs
  • Unterstützung bei der Führung und Briefing von Developer-Teams
  • Durchführung von Design-Reviews und Qualitätssicherung der umgesetzten Designs
  • Mitarbeit bei Kundenpräsentationen und Design-Workshops
  • Entwicklung von Design-Systemen und Style Guides für Projekte
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Designs basierend auf User-Feedback

Qualifications

  • Vorerfahrung im Design (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD oder vergleichbare Tools)
  • Einen hohen visuellen Anspruch und Auge fürs Detail
  • Grundverständnis von Webentwicklung (HTML / CSS) von Vorteil
  • Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern und technischen Teams und Führung dieser
  • Einfach hungrig sein - auf Erfolg, auf Lernen, auf gemeinsames Wachsen
  • 15-20 Stunden Zeit pro Woche, um mit uns durchzustarten
