Our Client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join their growing team in Greenville, SC.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense

Licensed to practice law in South Carolina

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Responsibilities

Manage litigation from initial investigation through to case resolution

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

Participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations

Collaborate closely with clients and the legal team to develop case strategy

Demonstrate excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Maintain attention to detail and manage multiple deadlines

Communicate effectively with clients and industry professionals
